Why use a Mortgage Broker?

Updated: May 4, 2020

Have you ever thought... “What is a Mortgage Broker and why do I need one?”

There are many reasons to consider why you would want to use a Mortgage Broker. It is important to think about who is representing you. Especially if Mortgage Financing knowledge is not something you consider to be a strength.

When you walk into a Bank, you are dealing with a sales team or a representative. These professionals have internal sales targets to meet each month, and their goal is to always sell you a particular product that is most profitable for their Company. They represent the Bank’s best interests, not yours.

Our responsibility as a Mortgage Broker is to our clients. We work for you, and only your best interests are at the forefront of our process. To do what we do and maintain our license year over year, we have to hold a higher level of education so we can work with more than one Institution. Understanding the guidelines of each and every Bank, Credit Union and any other Lender enables us to help you make a fully informed and educated lending decision.

Choice is another factor to consider. As outlined above, we work with over a hundred Lenders, so we can show you multiple solutions and explain how they may or may not benefit you.

Zero Cost.

There is zero cost to working with a Mortgage Broker. You receive independent advice along with multiple solutions all provided by experts in the field at zero cost to you.

If you have any questions about why you should work with a Mortgage Broker or what we do, please make sure to reach out.
